Registration: New Student Enrollment

School Lunch Information
We ask that EVERY family fill out the school lunch forms every year. Even if you don't think you qualify for free or reduced lunch. The information is very helpful in getting other funding as well. All information is strictly confidential.

Fee Waiver Form (Consent to Share Eligibility) this form is required in order to waive ASB and Sports Fees for families that qualify for Free & Reduced Lunch
