WHAT DID YOU DO AT SCHOOL TODAY?
Give us a little of your time, and you'll have a meaningful way to answer this question!
At Lopez Island School District, community is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we're seeking willing community members for a variety of volunteer roles for the current school year. You’ll be contributing to the learning experience for students and the health of our entire island community.
In return for a little of your time, you'll gain meaningful island connections and see the positive effects of your involvement. Develop new skills, make new friends, and experience the satisfaction of making a difference in the lives of young learners.
Tell us your time availability and the kind of volunteer experiences you're hoping for, and we will get you started. Current volunteer roles include cafeteria, recess, and drop off/pickup support; office and library assistance; van driving; garden work; and class enrichment support in the garden.
Volunteer for as little as an hour a week, and you don't need to commit for more than a month at a time.
Join us at school and enjoy the rewards of being a part of our educational community. Your time and talents will help us shape the future, one student at a time. To get involved, send an email to volunteer@lopezislandschool.org. We can’t wait to have you on board!
